Yep, integrator (STFT) & block learn (LTFT) are "zeroed" at 128, so readings above that indicate positive fuel trim correction (at approx 1:1%, so your BL of 158 is close enuff to +20% LTFT). It was common for GM's of that era to have slower fuel trim response... Login to read more.
