The load @99% with the engine at idle is what catches my eye. I didn't see it, but did it record EBP-V in the freeze frame. I'm wondering if you don't have a wiring issues at the EBP sensor. Try wiggling the harness at the sensor while watching the voltage PID... Login to read more.
