1999 Mazda 626 No Start

Hello,

I'm trying to help this guy via email. He states that his 626 Mazda all of a sudden doesn't have spark or fuel. Cranks OK. I told him it might be anti theft problem. Is there a way for him to verify that it is a anti theft problem.
