Those are voltages from a fluke87 measured at the pcm connector.

I have the alldata specs which read.

app1: .6 to .95v closed to less than 4.75v open.

app2: .45v -2.4v.

tps1: .36 to 4.75.

tps2: 4.74v -.36v open
