I finally found correct procedure.

1) Remove Mall Pgm Fuse

2) Ign key to "ACC", "OFF", "ACC" Within 1 second.

3) Fasten Drivers side seat belt.

4) Open and close any door .. You will hear a Chime & are now in Dianostics Mode.
