Re: Push rod broke through rocker
I'm going with Dan's theory. On the exhaust stroke, with a closed exhaust valve (due to the non-functioning rocker arm), the cam was trying to open that intake valve against a cylinder full of pressure. And the pushrod socket on the rocker was the weakest link... Login to read more. ![]()
