So after testing for power to the PCM I found 0V on the VPWR wire during the no crank condition. After doing some testing at the PCM power relay I found that the relay coil was only getting 8.6 volts KOEO. Power to the relay coil is supplied through the PCM po... Login to read more. ![]()
