Hi Glen, assuming this is the 2.4 in a 2002-2004 Camry, there is a TSB that applies. T-SB-0034-08. I'm not sure what makes the rattle noise, something about the way the air flows through them. We have fixed a few of them with a new intake manifold. HTH.
