cooling fan inop
12.2v at pin 85, 86, and 30 of fan relay, and .01v(ground) at 87. The relay is good. So, the pcm is not giving ground to the fan relay at the 86 pin of the relay. I don't know why the pcm is not giving ground. It should have input from ect sensor, ect sensor i... Login to read more.
