Kinda sounds a little like a PT cruiser I recently had as a no start (no crank). Came in with a dealer reman PCM in it (right at a year old). I believe the PROM took a crap on it because DRBIII could not ID and communicate with PCM. But... AutoEnginuity, Modis... Login to read more.
