I haven't seen a ignition ballast resistor since the 70s
I have the above vehicle in for a no start. I traced the problem down to a ballast resistor that is in the wiring loom about 9" from the distributor connector. According to alldata they don't show a ballast resistor in 1999 and in 2001, but not only do they sh... Login to read more.
