Has the steering rack or column been replaced? I'd do a careful autopsy on the clockspring. I'd suspect the ribbon cable has been frayed or pulled loose, allowing bat voltage into the igniter. Probably with no horn fuse, would have been OK. I'll put this in th... Login to read more.
