Robert, Your truck was built on 01-28-05. That puts it after the break. Ford still refers to the sensor as a MAF. (AFLS181RM). I would still check the EBP sensor. 5C3Z-9J460-B (DPFE-6). Post the number of the old sensor when you get it off. Login to read more.
