The answer is no on "approved". But most 75/80 GL-4 oils will work perfectly and have about the same viscosity as the MTL and 10w/30 engine oil in use. Like with AW transmissions, you don't want friction modifiers so I would avoid GL-5 lubes. Login to read more.
