One thing I'd do is check for ANY exhaust leaks. I've had very "quiet" leaks allow air to be sucked in & skew O2/AF readings. Does your scantool have a AF milliamp PID so you can see if the pcm thinks the mixture is? By the way, what's your downstream O2 senso... Login to read more.
