Do you know what the IAC percent is at Idle ? Smoke test might not show vacuum leaks. Might want to use propane around the intake manifold gaskets. Looks to me to be a vacuum leak . If O2 pass KOER test then I would look for a vacuum leak. I could be wrong to... Login to read more.
