Thanks for your input Gene. This one is fixed. It turns out that the tech who did the job used the incorrect tool to pin the crank. There are 2 of them in our OTC "Master Timing Kit" and he used the incorrect on, which was stopping the crank before TDC. Since... Login to read more.
