what does the upstream 02 sensor waveform look like? Have you checked the sensor? The high fuel trim ( 15%, checked for vacuum leaks?) means the computer is adding fuel to make up for a lean condition (if im not mistaken) Maybe try another MAF, if... Login to read more.
