3800 GM upper intake

Hi All:

I replaced the intake on this car a year ago almost to the day. I used the updated stainless steel egr insert. It pressed into the lower intake at what seemed to be a good amount of resistance. The pics show how it failed again. Has anyone seen these... Login to read more.
