60 pin PCM, NOT a 104 pin like I stated.

Data line that I'm looking at is PCM pins 9 & 28. KOEO V=5V, plug in an unpowered scan tool and it goes down to 2.5V, power up the scanner (NGS) and we are back to 5V. Same results KOER. I never see any activity.
