Taking a quick look at MOD diagrams..............

There are 4 relays involved................. EFI,EFI #2,C/OPN,F/pump

EFI energizes and provides B+ to EFI# 2 which energizes and porovides B+ to C/OPN which energizes and provides B+ to the f/Pump relay.
