I went back to the beginning and retested the vtc solenoid, figured out I was testing the wrong solenoid, all checks out fine and says replace pcm. (ya, sure). One thing i did notice was more mouse droppings and papers chewed near the pcm. Can't find any wirin... Login to read more.
