cranks when switched from KOEO to Off
Has anyone ever seen this before? The starter will engage
for 1-2 seconds IF the key is cycled from "ON" to "OFF". The
truck starts and runs fine and switches off normally if the
engine is running, but, KOEO to OFF causes the starter to
engage everytime.
