I would check at the wiper motor. Blue is hot always, Blue /Orange hot when switch turned ON. You can always jump power to Blue/Orange at the motor and see if it indeed runs. At the Combination Switch its a large black plug C14,18 cavities. but only 6 wires ar... Login to read more.
