Check the 10-Amp DIM fuse for corrosion and rusted connection. Better yet, start with a new fuse see what happens. A minute and practically impossible-to-measure drop on the sense like, will drive the regulator crazy...and PCM got nothing to do with it as soon... Login to read more.
