First I'd disconnect the battery & touch the cables together to reset fuel trim- then see how the eng operates on restart.

Besides possible exhaust leaks at the manifold/O2 sensor, fuel trim could be a result of (incorrect) load readings from the MAP sensor.... Login to read more.
