2004 Dodge Neon radio cuts out and instrument lights flash
lady dropped her '04 neon off stating her radio cuts off....makes a loud pop that sounds like from the inside the car.....and when it does it the seatbelt and brake lights flash briefly on the dash.....well i always assume that a customer knows what they are t... Login to read more.
