I would be leaning towards looking at the intake gasket. Its only happening on 1 bank, and only 2 cylinders at higher rpm. Maybe smoke test it. If that pans out ok then id compression test the missing cylinders, scope the injectors. Just my opinion. Goodluck. Login to read more.
