Battery good, no ecm data, so no spark, no fuel, no ign. The ecm controls starter engagement so being the ecm is offline, it will not turnover. Ecm has power, ground, and signal to start, but no starter engagement. All fuses, relays, etc okay. Its almost like ... Login to read more.
