I just had my customers 91 Dynasty here (today welding exhaust) that had similar issues, O2 would stick at I think .8Volts and engine would chug. I replaced the O2 engine then had a slight cutout at steady cruise. Ended up Cutting a soda can and making an EGR ... Login to read more.
