I second your post completely. Had a Chevy with the same problem. With the brakes applied, the steering would not move at all, it was rock solid. This Chevy was "JACKED UP" over 6" or 8" (can't remember) and had very wide wheels and tire. The OP did not wrote ... Login to read more.
