Vacuum Port on Trailblazer

I have the vehicle above here for a CEL, P0171 and P0014.

Freeze frame shows on the lean code it set at full throttle runs, running at idle this morning FT are running very rich I found the Fuel regulator had no vacuum line on it and the hose that goes to it... Login to read more.
