Re: 2000 Focus, zero compression #4 cyl
I have rebuilt two of these motors because of valve seats.
One broke the piston, bent the rod and scored the cylinder
wall. The other just had a piece of seat gone. The machine
shop, I used, claimed that all these engines sooner or later
loose a valve seat. ![]()
