Cummins fan pulley problem

Diesel 5.9L (VIN 6) 24 valve

Fan pulley is too close to timing cover. Can't find any reason for it. I did a search of several sources. Pulley is not loose, not wobbly, spins freely, spins straight, just too close to cover and rubbing on a bolt and not lined ... Login to read more.
