FIXED. Tech had belt routing wrong. The routing was wrong at the tensioner/alt area. Belt did not have enough surface area wrapping around alternator pulley and was slipping. Time wasted on a simple fix. Sorry if I wasted anyones time. ; ) Login to read more.
