HVAC blower inop. No power to blower relay. According HMA service diagrams the power feed to the blower relay comes from the blower fuse in the engine compt fuse panel goes to I/P-K pin 9 at the Passenger Compartment Junction Block and then back out of the JB ... Login to read more.
