Have you checked TSB 11-72-04? On stubborn Subarus, I have found that disconnecting the battery and shorting the terminals together for 2 minutes. Reconnect. Hook up a scantool and make sure the readiness monitors are all NR. Then immediatly do the drive cycle... Login to read more.
