OK a new(used) pcm cured this truck. I had good grounds at the pcm and both O2's showing a varying voltage at the pcm. Although the wiring was intact to the pcm and I was showing the bias voltage with koeo. The pcm was not recognising the signal. I am always n... Login to read more.
