Ok so what I thought was the feed for the dash wasn't. With the dash feed blocked idle drops to 8-10 + LTFT at idle and goes to 0 +-3 LTFT at 1200rpm, both with vary stable STFT. I'm not thrilled with 8-10 + at idle that isn't bad for a 15 year old car.
