I checked all power and ground for the IPM (Heater control assembly) and for the instrument cluster and they all test good. the 55 volt circuit 1369 has .05 volts. I unable to tell by the diagram but my guess is that the IPM supplies 55 volts to the instrumen... Login to read more.
