BTDT, since there are 2 adjustments, manual and hydro tensioner I installed a new hydro tensioner, and I ran the manual adjustment as far as it would go(feels like too far), this worked for me. Mine jumped 3 separate times, after the last time it never jumped ... Login to read more.
