Why don't you use the scantool ATM test mode to command the ASD relay on? It'd be handy to see if pcm CAN turn relay on (but won't-which points to external fault-bcm, network- cam/crank) or if pcm CAN'T (which points to internal fault- or poss wiring) Login to read more.
