vehicle is "said" to have a skip to it, at steady speed depending on gear, if 2nd gear, twenty miles per hour steady cruise he will feel a skip.

if 3rd gear, 30 mph. 4th gear 40 mph, 5th gear 50 mph.

I drove it, I cannot feel any skip.
