2006 F150 engine 5.4 L has a light ticking almost like a lifter noise but I can hear it little more when I am under the truck. Ford dealer seem to think the use of a 5w30 instead of 5w20 can cause internal engine damage, How true is that? It effects gas mileag... Login to read more.
