So you cut the grey wire pin 27c3 just off the PCM and got the 2 volts? Not after the splice S232 right. With both PCM's then showing 2 volts I would question all powers and grounds for PCM for volt drop(only small - .2? volt allowed). Or is the 2nd PCM bad(ha... Login to read more.
