17 is too low for that motor. Fluttering has nothing to do with the gasoline. Where does that take us? Thermo switches and vacuum controls? Maybe. Mechanical, maybe but less likely for the fluttering and more likely for the low vac. Danny doesn't sound so far... Login to read more.
