no where near as pronounced. On the one I seen which is a 4.3 in a blazer. There is a slight bumb in the exhaust side right before the Exhaust valve closes. The Exhaust side has an even upward slant then a slight bumb up right before exhaust valve closes. Wish... Login to read more.
