I believe it was bright silver, it had a high magnetic attraction, so I ASSUME it was just plain cheap carbon steel [loaded calipers]. Am I wrong? Are you affiliated with CENTRIC? We only use thier calipers-never paid much attention to the pads. Login to read more.
