Update:

I checked the grounds again this morning for the MAF sensor and the ECM (three BK/LG wires that share G101). They all had .06 or less voltage drop.

As a test, I disconnected the "MAF" wire (LB/R) at the MAF sensor, and now the engine runs well with... Login to read more.
