Hi Joe,

This is a common failure on the RAM. There are two mode doors on the RAM. The mode 1 door chooses between dash and floor/defrost. Once the mode 1 door has switched away from the dash vents, the mode 2 door chooses between floor and defrost. Either o... Login to read more.
